Episode 18. Don't Join The Herd

In today’s podcast, I wrap up this month’s discussions by reiterating what should be a key guiding principle - that our decisions need to be ours and we need to own them. Our judgement is our own best guide and we need to ensure we don’t simply follow the herd.
