Character trumps content. Always.
If I have to choose between two individuals - one fully versed in their line of work but untrustworthy, and the other who is less than well versed but trustworthy, I’ll go with the latter person every single time.

For-Profit Organizations should, by definition, make money. But in order to make money consistently and for the long term, all such organizations should have a defining raison d'être. Not simply who we are and what we do, but what do we stand for?
